HISTORY
Pastor Sogo Agboola was formally a Pastor in the Redeemed Christian Church of God before he became a pastor he was an usher in one of the parishes of the Redeemed Christian Church of God called: SOLUTION CENTRE at ilorin kwara State Nigeria.
As an usher he had access to the keys of the church so,he usually went to the church on a daily basis to pray. On the 25th of August 2009 at about few minutes to one, while he was praying a man walked into the Church from Osun State Nigeria and asked if his name was Brother Sogo, he answered yes, and the man said God told him to come and give him three swords:
(1) Full restoration to restore life.
(2) fountain of life to water life.
(3) city of refuge to protect life.and that God said he should not forget the mission he has committed to his hands in this generation, as a source of restoration to restore lives, as a fountain of life to water lives, and as a City of refuge to protect lives.
In 2010 Pastor Sogo Agboola became a parish pastor in the Redeemed Christian
Church of God and the name of the parish was HALL OF MERCY in which the parish had become an area headquarters as at when this history was written.
On October 6, 2011 Pastor Sogo Agboola married his wife Pastor Mrs Agboola Elizabeth Arinola and that made him to relocate to a new apartment (Aladegbehingbe house) at Ogunshola street Asa-dam road Ilorin, kwara State Nigeria.
There he met a man of God (Prophet George Olaiya Ajibade) who usually anchored an inter-denominational prayer meeting in a very small shop located within the compound of the building. Prophet Ajibade loved Pastor Sogo Agboola very much and that made him to allow him seat next to him on the altar during prayer meetings.
Part of the prophecies given to Pastor Sogo Agboola by Prophet George Olaiya Ajibade was that his ministry was not in the Redeemed Christian Church of God, God only took him to the Redeemed Christian Church of God for training.
In 2013, Prophet George Olaiya Ajibade passed on to Glory. After his death, Pastor Sogo Agboola began to anchor the inter-denominational prayer meeting together with his pastoral work in the Redeemed Christian Church of God. After a while, Pastor Sogo Agboola began to see signs that God wanted him to leave the Redeemed Christian Church of God but because he loved the Redeemed Christian Church of God and didn't want to leave he told God that he should give him the name of the ministry if He wanted him to leave.
On 15/01/2014 God gave him the name of the ministry as: Faith Redemption way ministry, and the train began.....
